The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all plants, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, management and labor necessary to perform dredging of Bladensburg Waterfront Park. The work to be performed under this section includes controlled dewatering and grading of the Colmar Manor Park DMP site and furnishing all plants, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, management and labor necessary for Contract closeout. The work shall include restoration of any disturbed areas and structures at Bladensburg Waterfront Park and the Colmar Manor Park DMP Site and demobilizing all equipment. Bonds required.
