The City of Gaithersburg is seeking sealed bids for residential loose leaf collection services for fiscal years 2025 through 2028. The Contractor will have a leaf collection crew and equipment, (hereinafter called the “leaf crew”), available for use under the Contract beginning November 1st, 2024, and shall remain available through December 23rd, 2024. This crew will consist of two (2) leaf collection trucks with leaf boxes, one (1) industrial leaf vacuum, two (2) drivers, and three (3) laborers to rake leaves. The Contractor shall have a spare unit equal to the unit listed below in case of breakdown. The services will be performed in various residential subdivisions, streets and locations throughout the City, as directed by the City.
