The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission is inviting responses in the form of sealed bids from interested and qualified firms for the installation, repair and maintenance of asphalt and concrete surfaces including but not limited to parking lots, driveways, trails, athletic courts, sidewalks, curbs, and concrete slabs. Maintenance and associated services include line striping, surface painting/lettering, seal coating and crack repairs. Under the terms and conditions of a proposed subsequent contract, the contractor will supply and place bituminous concrete in designated areas at various sites in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and perform associated work such as milling, surface cleaning, application of liquid tack coating material and the parking lot layout and striping. Additionally, crack and pothole repair, other patching and various applications of base and surface asphalt, or any of the unit priced items may be required. Bonds required.
