The purpose of this solicitation is for the City of Hyattsville to engage no more than one (1) RFP Respondent (hereafter referred to as the “Contractor”) that provides the best price and responsiveness, as selected by City Staff, to design, furnish, install, integrate, and maintain an AV-Over-IP (AVoIP) system for the City’s new Public Safety Headquarters building. The Contractor will provide design support, all materials, and all labor for a complete turnkey A/V system. Bonds required.
