Worcester County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors to contract for a complete renovation of both Men’s and Women’s Restroom facilities at John Walter Smith Park and Newtown Park. Summary: 1. When complete, bathrooms need to be ADA compliant. 2. Women’s restroom facilities must have 2 stalls. 3. Men’s restroom facilities must have 1 stall and 1 urinal. 4. Stall dividers must be made of plastic and have stainless hardware. 5. All bathrooms should have 1 sink, 1 mirror and 1 electric hand drying station. a. Faucets should be single lever, B2711 Chicago. 6. New lighting should be LED and provide adequate lighting throughout the restroom facilities. 7. Ceilings should be PVC Drop Ceiling tiles. 8. Ventilation is needed. 9. CW piping needs to be increased to handle flush valves. 10. Expansion tank needs to be increased in size. 11. Floors need to be resurfaced using a commercial grade epoxy system. 12. Walls must be coated with a commercial epoxy paint. Bonds required.
