Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. At the Atlantic City Fire Station #3, the Contractor’s demolition work includes the demolition of an existing non-ducted cooking hood and the hood’s associated fire suppression system, and the removal of the Fire Station’s existing commercial range oven’s stainless steel shelf unit. Demolition shall include all associated piping, valves, fittings, controls, appurtenances, etc., serving the equipment intended for removal as indicated on the project's Contract Drawings and in the project’s Technical Specifications. 2. At the Atlantic City Fire Station #6, the Contractor shall remove the shelf unit from Fire Station’s existing commercial range oven as indicated on the project’s Drawings and in the project’s Technical Specifications. 3. At Atlantic City Fire Stations #3 and #6, Contractor’s new construction work shall include furnishing and installing new Type 1 cooking hoods above existing commercial range/oven units, furnishing, and installing new R-102 Ansul fire suppression systems, (or approved equal), double wall grease exhaust duct and wall-mounted UL-762 grease exhaust fans.
