The Atlantic City Expressway (ACE) 2023 Facilities Improvement Project REBID consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work required to construct the proposed single story Emergency Service Building at Farley Plaza and the proposed building addition at the West Maintenance Yard. Location of Work: Farley Service Plaza, Hammonton, NJ and West Maintenance Yard, Winslow Township, NJ. In order to bid this project, the bidder shall be pre-qualified under one (1) of the following NJDPMC Trade Codes: The bidder shall be prequalified at the time of bid submission.  Trade Code C008 – General Construction  Trade Code C009 – General Construction/Alterations & Additions The Bidder and/or subcontractor(s) shall be pre-qualified under the following NJDPMC Trade Code(s) and/or NJDOT Class Code(s):  NJDPMC Trade Code C030 Plumbing**  NJDPMC Trade Code C032 HVACR**  NJDPMC Trade Code C047 Electrical**  NJDPMC Trade Code C029 Structural Steel and Ornamental Iron*  NJDOT Class Code 4e, Erection of Iron & Steel and/or Prestressed Concrete and/or Protective Coating of Structural Steel. SBE Goal: 25% or Good Faith Efforts documentation. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
