The role of the developer would include the following activities pertaining this Project: 1. Design/Master Planning 2. Construction 3. Financing 4. Leasing 5. Marketing 6. Property Management. Bidders can provide several options or plans for the proposed site located along Absecon Blvd and N. Riverside Drive (approx. 10 acres).
