The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Roofing Replacement at Kingwood Township School and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The Work shall be conducted in one single phase. The bidder shall be classified in the following trade: C068 - Roofing Membrane Modified Bitumen. Subcontractors named in the Form of Bid Proposal for Structural Steel, Plumbing, Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning, and/or Electric, who perform any work on the Project must be prequalified prior to the submission of bids Bonds required.
