The New Jersey Division of Property Management & Construction (DPMC) solicits bids for roof replacement on Building 22 at the Marie Katzenbach School for the Deaf. Contractor shall remove the existing roof system throughout the multiple level roof including The installation of a new 3-ply SBS modified bituminous built-up roofing system including flashings, and roof accessories, throughout all low-slope roof areas on the building. membranes, insulation, shingles, underlayments, copings, trims, flashings, etc., to the roof decks and install a new 3-ply SBS modified bituminous built-up roofing system including flashings, and roof accessories, throughout all low-slope roof areas on the building. See attached. Single Bid (lump sum all trades). All bidders must be classified with DPMC with one of the following trades: General Construction (C008) or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009) or Roofing – Membrane Modified Bitumen (C068). Bidder must be classified themselves or name their classified subcontractor(s) for the following trade: Roofing – Membrane Modified Bitumen (C068). Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
