The intent of this Request for Bid (BID) is to obtain fixed price rates for the inspection and maintenance of multiple Uninterruptable Power Supply Systems for several Morris County-owned buildings, to be used by various Morris County departments and offices, on an as-needed basis. Also, obtain pricing for batteries and labor rates for work above contract. Contractor will provide Inspection Services, Parts and Materials and Repair Services at the facilities listed in the attached throughout Morris County. The successful bidder shall have as its primary business function the installation, repair and servicing of Uninterruptable Power Supply Systems. Bidders are to be able to provide unlimited 24 x 7 service, including access to parts and labor (excluding batteries). Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
