The County of Morris solicits bids with the intent to secure a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials equipment, parts and appliances necessary for servicing and repairing boilers at various Morris County facilities. Bidders shall be required to be a STAR certified Contractor and registered with the Mechanical Service Contractors of America. Bidders are required to employ no less than “five” STAR certified Journeymen /Mechanic. Contractor shall reply to the County within twenty-four (24) hours an acknowledgement of receipt of nonemergency order. Emergency repair service calls shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. The Contractor shall respond to all calls within one-half (1/2) hour of notification, and shall have service person at the job site within one (1) hour thereafter. All repairs shall be completed before the service person leaves the County facility. Prevailing wages.
