Summary of Work: • All work required to clean the clearwell at the Morris Lake Water Treatment Plant and the High Street Water Storage Tank. • All work required to properly transport and dispose of the materials removed during the cleaning process. • All coordination with Water Utility personnel to maintain proper and safe operation of the water system during the work.
