This project includes, as the base bid, an asphalt roadway mill and inlay of Broadmoor Blvd from Loma Colorado Blvd to Country Club Dr with new ADA compliant curb ramps, new lighting and signal improvements, a new drive pad and new thermo-plastic striping. An additive alternate #1 to remove and replace the existing asphalt pedestrian path from Loma Colorado Blvd to High Resort Blvd. An additive alternate #2 for Lakeview Circle, Turf Lane, Golfers Lane, and Links Lane which will install a new water line with new water service lines, hybrid mill and inlay (full depth reclamation) of the existing roadway. An additive alternate #3 on Broadmoor Blvd for the installation of a new water line in the north bound lane from Loma Colorado to Country Club Dr with connections to existing side street laterals and full depth roadway reconstruction in the northbound lane. An additive alternate #4 for Diez Y Ocho Ct to install a new water line with new water services lines and hybrid mill and inlay (full depth reclamation). Hybrid Mill & Inlay (HMI) per NMDOT specification 302 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Offerors on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
