The County of Madison (County) desires one Vendor to perform all services (24 Hour Temp Control & PM, Towers Mechanical Service & Highway Solar Panel System PM, submission that do not include all items will not be accepted or considered. Work involves, in general & not limited to: Control Systems (• JC Metasys System is used for Buildings: COB, CH, Highway Eaton Garage • Niagara Facility Explorer 2008 is use for buildings: VETS, LEB, DSS & Public Health. • Public Safety Building has both Metasys and Niagara systems. • Not all buildings have a controlled BMS system. Please see Attachment 4 – Asset Listing that is colored coded per system. ) & Mechanical Services (Wall Mounted Packaged Air Conditioners); & Solar Panel System annual cleaning & inspection at Eaton, NY. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
