The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain pricing and contract with a qualified vendor to provide On-Call HVAC Services, as indicated in the specifications for the City of Glen Cove (City) and all of its properties. The successful vendor will be expected to provide skilled, experiences, prompt services of a wide variety of repairs at various City sites on an “on call” basis, as required. Successful vendor must have, as a minimum, five (5) years of continuous experience in providing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services. Previous municipal work preferred but not required. Services shall include troubleshooting, repairing, replacing parts and general maintenance for all HVAC issues; Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
