The Agency is first conducting this RFQ process to receive technical proposals from contractors to qualify those firms to be placed in either/both Pool of Contractors eligible to provide construction and maintenance services to the Agency. "Pool A" is for Unit Turnover Work that will be rotated in accordance with Agency approved fee-structure. "Pool B" is for North Carolina General Contractor licensed Construction, Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Services that will be competitive through additional quotes per job. Emphasis on Pool B will be placed on Replacing Residential Water and Sanitary Sewer Lines Below-Slab and in Gypsum Wall with Subsequent Full Bathroom Remodel (Plumbing/Carpentry/Electrical/Flooring). Estimated contract period: Start Date 07/22/2024 - End Date 07/21/2029 Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
