Because of the unusual nature of the work involved, the location of the project, the maintenance of traffic and in order for all prospective bidders to have an extensive knowledge of the project, a Pre-Bid Conference will be held for all interested parties at 2:00pm on June 20, 2024. Apex Town Hall 3rd Floor Training Room 73 Hunter St Apex, NC 27502. The Pre-Bid Conference will include a thorough discussion of the plans, contract pay items, special provisions, etc.
