The Town of Garner invites qualified graphic designers or graphic design firms to submit proposals for graphic design services for system-wide parks and recreational signage. Through a service contract, the selected vendor will provide design guidelines and technical specifications for future park and wayfinding signs through out the Town’s parks and recreation network.
