Mobilization, Bonding and Insurance for Sewer Main Relocation. 2 SWPPP and Erosion Control for Sewer Main Relocation. 3 Traffic Control and signing in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Sewer Main Relocation. 4 Clearing, grubbing and Miscellaneous Incidental Removals of Structures and Obstructions, Repair and Restoration of Existing Fencing. 5 Provide trench safety per OSHA and other applicable standards for all work outlined in the plans and specifications. 6 Install, Pipe Burst, and Furnish 10" PE SDR 17 including all excavation, labor, backfill, fusion, and incidentals thereto. 7 Install, Pipe Burst, and Furnish 8" PE SDR 17 including all excavation, labor, backfill, fusion, robotic service connection, and incidentals thereto. 8 Install and Furnish 10" Cured-In-Place Pipelining including all materials, labor, backfill, curing, robotic cutting of services and connections, pre- and post- camera inspections and incidentals thereto. 9 Furnish & Install 4' Concrete Manhole 0-6 feet deep including all excavation, backfill, concrete, steel, ring, cover, interconnections with existing and proposed mains, and appurtenances. 10 Construct Additional Depth for Standard 4' Dia. Concrete Manhole including but not limited to excavation, backfill, forming, concrete, reinforcement and appurtenances. 11 Remove and Dispose existing manhole ring, cover and appurtenances. 12 Connect Existing Sewer Service Connection including fittings, trench excavation, laying, backfill and appurtenances. 13 Saw Cut, Remove and Replace Asphalt Paving w/ Concrete, and Reinforcing Steel. 14 Gravel Repair, including removal and replacement of at minimum of 6" crusher run driveway gravel. 15 Provide testing of all sewer main construction and manholes in accordance with ASTM. 16 Pre- and Post Construction CCTV Inspection, to verify locations of sewer service connections, and confirm quality of installation 30 days after project completion. Point Repair, to repair sags in existing piping alignment, including excavation, backfill, embedment material, fusion, and grade correction. Bermuda Grass Sodding including furnishing, fertilizing, establishment, supplemental watering, and incidentals thereto. Trenching and installation of 8-inch PVC SDR 26 in lieu of pipe bursting. Trenching and installation of 10-inch PVC SDR 26 in lieu of pipe bursting. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
