The City intends to build 2 separate structures: City Hall at 163 E Gower St – The site is 0.76 acres. It will require demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new building in the same location, approximately 10,465 SF. Police Station at 81389 Hwy 101 – The site is 3.29 acres. It will require construction of a new building approximately 5,270 SF. The scope of services will include setting up temporary modulars for city workers at 295 E 2nd St to provide public services during the construction and the hiring and management of subconsultants necessary for the successful completion of the projects. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
