The City of Bend requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced general contractors to construct the Olney Pedestrian and Bicyclist Improvements Project. The Project location is along Olney Avenue extending from the Portland Avenue bridge to the east of the Olney/2nd Street intersection. The Work includes franchise utility relocates, paving, curbs, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, drainage facilities, pressure and gravity sewer, waterline, illumination and landscaping, Burlington Northern Santa-Fe utility crossings and at-grade crossing upgrades, and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the Work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
