The City of Medford (“City”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) as part of the selection of a Construction Manager/General Contractor (“CM/GC Contractor” or “Contractor”) for the Regional Water Reclamation Facility (“RWRF”) Upgrade Project (“Project”). The selected Contractor will be part of the Integrated Project Team (“IPT) comprised of the City, the Design Engineer, the Owner’s Advisor (“OA”) and the Contractor.
