MDHA is seeking vendors of various residential apartment maintenance type services. To include, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry repair, concrete repair, door and window replacements, landscape maintenance and irrigation maintenance. This RFQ is a qualification process only. Vendors that are qualified will be added to MDHA’s vendor list for the next two (2) years and will be notified of opportunities to bid. Only vendors on MDHA’s vendor list will receive future bid opportunities.
