The Farragut Fiber Optic Cable Implementation project consists of the construction, installation, and testing of new fiber optic communications equipment that will expand the existing Farragut Fiber Network. The new fiber optic cables will be spliced to existing fiber optic cables or terminated in new patch plans inside buildings as shown in the Plans. The project does not involve any integration of fiber optic cables with existing ethernet switches, as this work will be completed by others after acceptance of the project.
