The EAA is seeking to obtain technical assistance to develop a hydrologic model and associated geographic information system (GIS) compatible feature layer for: (i) estimating effective recharge to the Edwards (Balcones Fault Zone) Aquifer from conservation easements and properties overlying the recharge and contributing zones of the Aquifer, (ii) aiding in the assessment of areas most suitable for conservation and enhanced land management, and (iii) evaluating the potential recharge benefits of enhanced land management.
