This solicitation is to establish a contract for commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and repair services for the Bryan District. Locations include: Bryan District Headquarters (Bryan), Brazos County Maintenance, (Bryan) Burleson County Maintenance (Caldwell), Freestone County Maintenance (Fairfield), Grimes County Maintenance (Navasota), Leon County Maintenance (Buffalo), Madison County Maintenance (Madisonville), Milam County Maintenance (Cameron), Robertson County Maintenance (Hearn), Walker County Maintenance (Huntsville), Washington County Maintenance (Brenham). The respondent must provide experienced personnel with current and valid Class A or Class B licenses issued by TDLR, with the appropriate endorsements required to perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment. Tentative Date for Contract Award: October 30, 2024. TxDOT has determined that subcontracting opportunities are probable in connection with this solicitation. HSP required.
