This solicitation is to establish a contract to provide General Contracting Services for Bryan District which encompasses Brazos, Burleson, Freestone, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Milam, Robertson, Walker, and Washington Counties, TX. General contractor will provide labor, materials and equipment for facility maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to renovations, electrical, commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, waste water systems, masonry, concrete, irrigation, commercial flooring, tree removal/trimming and emergency carpet and room cleaning. Work hours may be flexible, based on type of work and TxDOT requirements. TxDOT will issue blanket purchase order releases (BPOR) based on the amount needed to satisfy TxDOT’s operating requirements. Commodity Codes: NIGP 90961 Maintenance and Repair, Non-Residential Building NIGP 96288 Travel, Non-Local, Provided by Third Party. TxDOT has determined that subcontracting opportunities are probable in connection with this solicitation. HSP required.
