The land includes seven quarter acre front and back yards. Areas under this contract include, all lawn areas, front and back, natural vegetation, trees, shrubs, planter beds, and cultivated areas. Contractor shall clean up all debris caused by Contractor. Contractor shall also remove all leaves and debris, which are not caused by Contractor from all sidewalks, drainage areas, and catch basins.
