The selected engineering firm will develop and deliver engineering plans and specifications for the barge terminal facility improvement project and associated dredge activities to include: Dock Expansion, Channel Dredging. The selected design team will be responsible for preparing and submitting barge dock expansion drawings and permit applications for the project on behalf of CPNID. The engineering firm selected under this contract will not be responsible for engineering services related to the heavy haul road.
