SCOPE OF WORK: Several MEP items of work to include replacement of several existing Roof Top A/C units, related structural steel rework, related roofing patching/repair, gas piping rework, replacement of several split direct expansion A/C units (an done DX coil in an AHU), replacement/rework of refrigerant piping systems, rework of condensate piping systems, an alternate bid item to replace an air handling unit and the complete replacement of the temperature controls and energy management system. Several utility and chilled/heating water system flow meters are being added as a part of the controls system rework. The existing Public Address System is to be replaced. Pertinent TAB and Commissioning included but paid for and directed by the PISD. Architectural work includes replacement of the Marquis Sign, replacement/repair of several concrete pavement sections to include sidewalks, stair and drive areas, some limited erosion control work, minor fencing work, patching/painting and ceiling removal/reinstallation related to the MEP scope of work, and addition of security film to all exterior windows on the first floor level only Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
