Demolition of approximately 76,000 square feet of interior office space with buildout of school/educational spaces and associated ancillary space support including restrooms and commercial kitchen. 2. Demolition and replacement of site paving, parking, fire lane and landscaping. 3. New school playgrounds and turf activity fields. 4. New underground utility infrastructure interior and exterior. 5. Replacement and upgrade of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC system. 6. New Secure Vestibule/Front Canopy Addition. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
