The City of Rowlett (“City”) is accepting competitive sealed proposals (“CSP”) for Code Enforcement Mowing and Related Services to be performed on locations and properties within City limits, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this CSP document. The initial term of the contract will be effective upon award through September 30, 2025, with four optional, one-year renewal periods effective on October 1st annually. The contract will be awarded to the vendor(s) providing the best value to the City, as determined by the evaluation criteria as stated in the CSP document.
