Texas Woman’s University (“Owner”) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (“Proposals”) from one or more responsive and responsible proposers for selection of General Contractor firm(s) for Quakertown Memorial Park (#100201) &/or East Campus Fitness Trails & Pavilion (#100547). The project scope consists of: ● Quakertown Memorial Park which includes; commemorative garden & Amphitheater/outdoor classroom ● East campus fitness trails and Pavilion (one-story building) Each project (Quakertown Memorial Park #100201) and (East Campus Fitness Trails/Pavilion #100547) will be awarded a contract. Contracts may be awarded to one or more Proposers. HSP required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
