This Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) contains the terms and conditions under which the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (“GBRA”) seeks services to dewater, haul, and dispose of water treatment residuals (“Sludge”) generated from the use of Aluminum Chlorohydrate at the GBRA’s Western Canyon Water Treatment Facility (the “Plant”). GBRA’s procurement policy provides for open, fair, and competitive procurement practices with equal opportunity for all vendors. GBRA particularly encourages qualified Small, Minority, and Women owned businesses to submit proposals in response to the ITB. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
