The selected firm/consultant will work with County representatives in reviewing the current publication and addressing topics related to general provisions for development, review authority, procedures, applications and permits, subdivision, site development, design standards, environmental protection, and code compliance and enforcement by efficiently selecting qualified professionals who demonstrate, through their response, an ability to provide the required services and lead a team/manage a group.
