The County seeks a software agreement with a suite of GIS software that will meet the County’s functional requirements and budget, with streamlined, minimal modifications. The County would like to lower its total ownership cost without degradation in performance or level of service and to continue to implement a system which keeps on track with the total system’s upgrade path efficiently with minimal cost and business processes. The County’s goal is to enter a software agreement with a single software solution provider that serves as a primary contact in providing the complete range of software components.
