A wastewater treatment plant rehabilitation includes the addition of one (1) generator, a CMU building for the motor control center, and an FRP building to protect the backflow preventer. This project also includes the addition of a diffuser for the chlorine liquid solution, the replacement of all the mud valves, slide gates, PVC screens, and Davit crane within the chlorine contact basin. It also includes the concrete pad for the existing composite sampler, and the replacement of all stairs onsite except for the one up to the headworks. The project also includes modifications inside the thickener, including the replacement of the weir plate, scum airlifts, slotted skimmer, submerged piping, and all the air piping, including those for waste activated sludge air lift, including but not limited to the solenoid valves and ball valves replacement and air supply controls. The Auxiliary Return Activated Sludge (ARAS) airlift will also be replaced in the digester basin, including air supply piping. This project includes demolishing the existing motor control center building, stairs, storm sewer inlet, including cutting, plugging, and abandoning storm sewer lines. The scope also includes electrical duct bank, conduit, wiring, and controls. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
