This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a Local Let Contract consisting of tree trimming & brush removal on SH0198 and various roadways in Henderson County, TX. Ensure sufficient workers, equipment and materials are available at all work sites to continuously and diligently prosecute the work to conclusion, in addition to meeting the production rates of completing 1 mile of tree trimming & brush removal per working day. The Engineer may require the Contractor to use multiple separate crews if the workload warrants their use. A crew is defined as a minimum of four laborers. Time charges on this project shall start no later than the first working day in January. The Contractor may start before this date with approval from the Engineer. Bonds required.
