The project consists of the new construction of the R.E.A.L. Inc. Multimodal Transit Center which consists of planning the construction of a new multi-modal administration building facility structure that will include a transfer station, passenger amenities, driver amenities, administrative offices for R.E.A.L. Inc, park-&-ride site, and ride sharing services. The interior rooms are wrapped around an atrium style training room and an outdoor plaza area where offices and internal spaces can benefit from natural lighting. Furthermore, a second building will be newly constructed and used as the maintenance facility of the entire fleet, where buses will be serviced and repaired. A third building will consist of housing the bus wash facilities and support areas for the fleet to undergo washes and inspections and the fourth entity is a gasoline fuel station, designed as part of the maintenance routine flow all developed within over 8 acres of land. ​Design, construction, demolition, renovation, construction financing, facility operations during occupancy. DBE Goal: 14.5% Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
