This solicitation is to establish a contract for Janitorial Services (less than 5,000 sq ft) at Iraan TxDOT Facility (9286 US-190, Iraan, TX 79744). Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the requirements of the specified services throughout the term of the contract. Begin services within 30 calendar days after the award of the purchase order or on the date agreed upon by the designated TxDOT representative and the vendor. There are specific tasks on a weekly (Tuesday & Thursday), monthly, quarterly and annual basis. HSP required.
