The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for Repairs to Water System at Big Bend Ranch State Park located in Presidio County, Texas per the specifications in the attached. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, bonding and insurance, and supervision necessary to plug abandoned well, raise well casing, rewire well pump, install new raw water tap, modify holding tank and sensors to prevent cycling for the Sauceda Complex water system. All work not specified and/or not shown on the drawings, but which is necessary for the completion and/or functioning and operation of the Project, shall be understood and implied as part of the Contract to be performed by the Contractor for the contract price. Such work shall be executed by the Contractor in the same manner and with the same character of material as other portions of the Contract without extra compensation. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
