The Contractor is to provide Residential HVAC System inspection, installation, replacement, repair, servicing, and retrofit specific HVAC services for Travis County. The specifications cover the HVAC requirements for Travis County Housing Services (Housing Services) and Travis County Family Support Services (FSS). This covers the county funded Home Repair program, federal Weatherization programs; Department OF Energy (DOE) and Low-Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP), and the federal utility assistance program; Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP). Contract shall be entered into with a State of Texas Class “B” or “A” Licensed Contractor and Certification. All work must be done under a State of Texas Class “B” or “A” Licensed Contractor.
