Execute all Work, including excavation, installing pipe, backfill, miscellaneous concrete and testing. Secure all construction-related permits, other than those provided by Owner, and pay for the same. Cause the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to be prepared and provide prior to the installation of erosion and sedimentation controls. Adherence to the requirements of the Pollution Prevention Plan for the Project including filing any required notices, and inspection and maintenance of any temporary storm water controls. Arrange for the necessary temporary water and electric service and pay for these services and all water and electricity consumed during the construction Work. Provide adequate temporary sanitary facilities. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
