The City of Huntsville intends to establish a contract with a responsible contractor to provide HVAC Services. This agreement will include, but will not be limited to, seasonal maintenance, installation/removal of equipment and repairs to approximately seventy-five (75) roof-top and condensing HVAC units in various locations around the City. The City does not have chillers currently in use. Services will be performed on an as needed basis to assist the City with renovations, remodels, replacement and maintenance of existing units. Contractor and/or HVAC technician shall maintain a current Class “A” State of Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor license and supply copy of such to the City.
