The City of Laredo Utilities Department is requesting RFQ from interested engineering companies to fill out and submit the permit renewal state documentation from various wastewater treatment plants to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The wastewater treatment facilities include; the South Laredo Wastewater Treatment Plant (SLWWTP 18 MGD), Laredo -Colombia Wastewater Treatment Plant (LCWWTP.035 MGD), Sombreretillo Wastewater Treatment Plant (SWWTP 1.75 MGD), Manadas Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (MCWWTP 4.74 MGD), and the Jefferson Water Treatment Plant.
