It is the intention of the City of Round Rock to select a prime contractor by using the Competitive Bidding Method for the demolition of the City of Round Rock Burge Property, Multiple Buildings Demolition located at 1000 N. Co Rd 122, Round Rock, TX 78665. This project consists of hiring a contractor to provide demolition services of existing buildings, structures, septic tanks, clearing and grubbing trees, vegetation, and debris to accommodate the future construction of a connecting city street. In addition, this scope includes the partial demolition of two (2) metal retail storage buildings, foundations, surrounding concrete/asphalt, and the construction of one new end wall to enclose each building. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
