The City of Hutto, a home rule municipality, is currently inviting solicitation responses to select a firm to provide Owner’s Representative services for the Engineer department. The selected firm will undertake the design of civil engineering projects of a general or routine scope, while also responding to projects with critical schedules or those of an emergency nature, as outlined in Exhibit D.
