The City of Hutto, a home rule municipality, is currently inviting solicitation responses to select, if suitable, up to seven (7) firms to provide consulting engineering services for all its departments. The selected firms will undertake the design of civil engineering projects of a general or routine scope, while also responding to projects with critical schedules or those of an emergency nature, as outlined in Exhibit D.
