This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a Local Let Construction / Maintenance Contract consisting of cutback - ultra high pressure water cutting treatment - on SH0115 and various roadways at various locations in Winkler County, TX. Use Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water cutting treatment equipment to remove excess asphalt to improve the pavement surface texture. The Engineer will give written notice to begin work. Night work will not be allowed unless approved by the Engineer. Bonds required.
